Many of you did not follow the format I prescribed to you during the last consultation session, For Chapter 5, the format is as follows:

Many of you just wrote “Findings” which is not right. You have to tie in your data and findings or analysis of your data in chapter 4 to answer your research question in Chapter 5. When doing so, you should also refer to the data you found in Chapter 4. For example:
5.2 Answering Research Question 1
The data found in Chapter 4, Analysis of the survey, shows that many students prefer blue. This is because in Table 4.3 (see Table 4.3 in Chapter 4) the results show that blue has the highest percentage (60%) of preference. Etc…
(b) Chp 5 - should be 5.x Answering RQ 1 etc. means
Those who received this comment means that although you gave somewhat of an answer to your research question, you should put format them according to your research question and add sub sections like 5.2 Answering Research Question 1. etc..
(c) Also formatting not followed means
Those who received this means that you did not follow the formatting as Dr. Mai had told you to do. Please refer to the notes she gave you.
The grades above are mainly due to these three mistakes and with varying degrees. Also, all students please check the format for printing and binding as required by the course.
