Submission of Proposal and Gantt Chart

For all FA students, for any queries on your proposal please see Dr. Mai. Please make appointment with her this week (24/11/08 – 27/11/08). I will be out of the country this whole week so any queries or consult please contact Dr. Mai

As for your submission of your proposal and Gantt Chart. Here are the requirements:

(1) Submit the hard copy or print out of the Gantt Chart and proposal to Dr. Mai on Thursday 27/11/08 by 12 pm. Please ask her where she will be in your Tuesday lecture class.

(2) Email to fcmcg1@gmail the softcopy of your proposal and Gantt Chart by Thursday 27/11/08 12 pm. Anyone submitting later than that will be penalised by reduction of grades. The time stamp on my gmail account will let me know if you submitted or emailed your proposal and Gantt Chart to me on time. So please note.


Anyone only submitting hard copy and not the soft copy, the submission will not be marked.

Anyone only submitting softcopy and not hard copy, the submission will not be marked

Anyone not submitting both softcopy by email AND hard-copy to Dr. Mai, may get a 0 for the submission.

Make sure you add references. Follow the example Ms. Belinda’s proposal for the format.
