Time: 1030-1100 am. Please no late submission
Tentative date for collecting report 2 and 3 - Monday 12/01/09
Time: 1030-1200 pm.

Hello sir,
Some of us have previously booked flights back to our hometown earlier than the tentative report collection date of 12th January 2009.
Is it possible to arrange for an earlier date to collect the reports, sir? Please advise.
